The goal of this project is to offer prisoners an opportunity for growth through the example of our wheelchair-bound, visually impaired and blind athletes who, thanks to sport, have found opportunities to take revenge with life. Fencing, in particular, is a sport that lends itself to a path of inclusive growth since it contemplates the following values, on which our specific “Fencing in Prisons” project is also based: respect for the rules, management of instincts, managing emotions, the ability to make decisions in a few moments, learn to govern yourself to optimize your actions, not humiliate your opponent, win without hurting your opponent.
